On the 5thd of June 2012, The Queen of England Elizabeth II was celebrating her 60 years as Monarch.

To mark the event an extra bank holiday was added. Street parties, cocktails and many events were organised throughout the country, but the main attraction was the Queens Jubilee Thames Flotilla, attended by thousands of Londoners despite the heavy rain.

During this long bank holiday week-end over a million people celebrated the Diamond Jubilee, the Queen and more generally the great British traditions.
