How to develop a project that handles a documentary reality with sensitivity. How to render the complexity of a subject through inventive photography. How to transcend the spontaneous and take an approach that is more structured, more conscious of its causes and effects.

In this extensive workshop comprising four two-day sessions spanning nine months, photographer Martina Bacigalupo will help you develop a photography project whose objectives and creation you wish to clarify. In reflecting on the photographic vocation and its positioning in the shooting of a story, you will strive to follow new paths and invent your own personal forms of expression.
Staging, situational placement and collecting spoken or written accounts, most notably, will be addressed and considered as possible ways of sharing knowledge between the photographer and the photographed.

In parallel to your own work, the work of well-known artist-photographers will be presented as esthetic and ethical points of references.
In the 4th and last session, renowned curator and picture editor Jon Jones will explain what the heads of international photo services expect; he will review participants’ projects, advise them on areas to explore in greater depth and on their prospects for disseminating their work.

Inscription
Pour vous inscrire, vous devrez régler par chèque ou par virement bancaire* 50% du montant du stage

* éventuels frais bancaires à la charge du stagiaire

Le solde du règlement doit nous parvenir au plus tard 20 jours avant le début du stage.

Annulation pré-inscription ou inscription
Parvenue à l'Agence VU' plus de 30 jours avant le début du stage, une annulation dans le respect du délai mentionné ci-dessus entraînera le remboursement de 100% de l'acompte versé. Dans le cas d’une annulation annoncée entre 30 et 15 jours avant le début du stage, 50 % de l’acompte versé sera remboursé. A moins de 15 jours du début du stage, aucun remboursement ne sera possible sauf cas de force majeur.

Annulation d’une formation
L'Agence VU' se réserve le droit d'annuler une formation. En cas d'annulation, en concertation avec les personnes concernées, l'Agence VU' étudiera toutes les possibilités pour leur proposer une autre formation. Toutefois, si aucune solution n'est trouvée, l'Agence VU' s'engage à rembourser les sommes perçues.

Autorisation de reproduction et de diffusion
Le participant autorise l'Agence VU' à reproduire et diffuser :
- Toute photographie prise pendant le workshop sur laquelle il apparaîtrait.
- Les photographies et qui auront été sélectionnées d'un commun accord avec le Maître de stage.

Ces photographies pourront être utilisées dans le cadre de la documentation et de la communication des workshops et ce sur tout support (notamment supports papier et internet...). Le participant renonce à solliciter une quelconque compensation à quelque titre que ce soit pour la reproduction et la diffusion des dites photographies dans les conditions visées ci-dessus.
